Everything is energy and everything vibrates. Some energy is high frequency and considered "positive energy"; some energy is low frequency and considered "negative energy". We all have energetic fields that can become muddled up with negative energy and we can also hold negative energy from trapped emotions in the body. Sarah works with clients to clear these unwanted energies and release trapped emotions. She also offers guidance on how to connect with your higher self and highest potential.
